Head of Environment, Health & Safety, Wolseley Canada
Adelia is currently the head of Environment, Health & Safety for Wolseley Canada, leading the health and safety function and team across Canada. She has centered her career around driving and improving health and safety culture and the development of safe practices and programs at all levels of an organization.
Prior to joining Wolseley, Adelia worked for Aramark in various leadership roles, leading risk reduction in occupational, food and environmental safety across Canada and the US. Prior to that, Adelia worked in health and safety roles at London Health Sciences Centre, TD Canada Trust, Ford Motors, and Bentley Leathers.
Adelia is a results-driven business leader with international experience and has an ability to influence at all levels within an organization. She has an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and earned a post-graduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Western University, and she currently holds her Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certifications.
