Director of Safety and Environmental Protection at WM for the past 37 years starting operations and has been a practicing safety leader for the past 25 years in the waste management industry in Canada and the United States leading safety culture change initiatives and implementation of management system with a focus on transportation, heavy equipment operation, landfills and process equipment. Joey holds a CRSP and CRM designation and is a past Chairman of the Ontario Waste Management Association, WM Circle of Excellence Award winner and leads a team safety and environmental professional across Canada who support over 40 operating units.
