Mary Lou Sinclair is a career health and safety professional who has been working in the industry for over 30years. She joined BGIS Global Integrated Solutions in 2015and is the VP of Health, Safety and Environment for BGIS North America and UK. With a team of professionals across North America, she provides leadership and services to support BGIS clients, stakeholders and team members to protect health, safety and the environment. In late 2018, under Mary Lou’s leadership, BGIS was one of the first Canadian organizations to achieve registration to ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Over the past years, BGIS has been awarded a number of recognitions, including two Safest Employer Awards –Service Sector and last year for Innovative Use of Safety Technology by Occupational Health and Safety Magazine. For 2020, she won the GDS Gold Award for Leadership and Impact.
