Sylvia is a seasoned health care leader and clinician, with over two decades of experience in driving value and solving problems with customers, partners and teams. Sylvia has a Honors Bachelor of Science degree in psychology-biology, a Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Occupational Therapy and a Master of Business Administration degree. She is currently the Senior Director of Business Development at UHN Altum Health. She has worked in the US and Canada and held progressive clinical, operational, customer facing and quality leadership roles. While spending the past two decades at UHN Altum Health, she has contributed to the growth of the business from one site to 12 through building new programs and service lines, expanding operations and managing third party paying customers. Sylvia is passionate about engaging others in understanding problems, developing solutions and bringing innovative models of care to market that are accessible and value based. She has extensive experience leveraging clinical best practices, data and business intelligence to innovate and achieve results for our customers, clients and teams.
